The proposals consist of an outline application of a low density residential development (covering 4.2ha) on the settlement boundaries of a Cotswold village. The proposals have been developed in close collaboration with the architect to provide an illustrative master plan that encompasses and reflects the local vernacular to sit the development seamlessly in to the existing framework. Permeability, character and significant open spaces have played a defining role within the overall layout.
